Prior to joining OMI Group, Desiree co-founded Surch Group, a Modern Australian dining concept with 3 outlets across Melbourne. This positions her with a breadth of knowledge in how to take an idea from concept to development and subsequent growth. Drawing on her prior experience, she now oversees the Marketing & Development function across the OMI Group portfolio and continues to grow its presence in the hospitality scene.
